How to Apply to Subsidized RGI or Shelter Unit Waitlist

​Sunshine Housing Co-op is working with BC Housing to integrate all RGI and Shelter applicants who are already on our waitlist. If you have already applied and are currently on our waitlist, BC Housing will be reaching out to verify whether or not you would like to remain on the waitlist. If so, you will be notified as soon as a suitable unit becomes available.

 Please Note: If you have not applied for a subsidy but would like to - you must apply through BC Housing.
